RESIDENTIAL
Bungalow Remodel, Beech Hill Road, Grasscroft, Saddleworth
Completion: Summer 2022
Work Stages: RIBA 1 - 4 Role: Architect Contractor: |
Planning permission was secured and building regulations granted to fully renovate and extended an existing detached bungalow on Beech Hill Road, Grasscroft to provide a beautiful 5 bedroom property with fabulous views towards Pots and Pans war memorial.
Built using the footprint of the existing property and retaining as much of the bungalows' external walls as possible, the new home provides open plan contemporary living spaces and a more modern interpretation of traditional elevations, materials and detailing. |
Client Review:

" Adam and the team at Creative Architecture have proven, through a number of projects, to be more than just Architects. They have the ability to listen to their client, taking ideas and shaping them into workable design and build solutions. From initial draft plans through to planning submission and building control engagement the process feels more like a partnership than a simple transaction. Would I use them again? 100%" Steve Greenwood, Agile Design & Build
