We obtained planning permission and building regulations approval for a two storey side, and first floor extension and internal remodel of an existing single storey, two bed, red brick bungalow on Burnedge Lane, Grasscroft to provide additional living accommodation in the form of a new open plan kitchen/diner at ground floor, with 4 good sized bedrooms above, and improved access arrangements from the main road.
A symmetrical brick and render frontage was designed with large windows to satisfy our clients aspirations for a more traditional elevation whilst still creating a contemporary 'face lift' to the existing building greatly increasing the curb appeal of the property from the main road. |
