We obtained planning permission and building regulations consent for the extension and remodel of this existing bungalow on Burnage Lane, Grasscroft to provide a more contemporary residence for the client.
The proposed front elevation incorporates large expanses of glazing to take advantage of the views over the surrounding countryside and to maximise the amount of daylight entering the property. The internal layout works with the existing level changes across the site creating open plan internal spaces that link seamlessly with garden which are more suitable to a modern way of living. |
