We secured planning permission approval and building regulation consent for alterations to the rear elevation and internal remodel of this existing three storey 6 bed period property to provide a more contemporary open plan living/ kitchen/ dining space to the ground floor with easy access to the rear garden via new glazed doors. The bedrooms and en-suites have been rationalised at first floor, with the creation of a grand hallway and new external porch as you enter the property.
