Planning permission was secured and building regulations granted for a single storey rear extension, garage conversion and internal remodel at 2 Sherbrooke Avenue, Uppermill.
The design sought to provide an open plan contemporary kitchen/living space to the rear of the property with increased daylight provided by a new roof lantern above the kitchen island, and an additional office/bedroom at ground floor. Proposals were within the “Permitted Development” planning guidelines and the appropriate Certificate of Lawfulness application was submitted and granted. |
