Planning permission and building regulation approval was gained for a loft conversion with front and rear dormers to an existing single storey semi-detached bungalow in Springhead to provide additional accommodation at first floor level, with full internal ground floor remodel.
The proposals transformed this property from a one bed to a three bed dwelling with a contemporary open plan living space opening out onto the rear south facing garden. |
