Planning permission and building regulation approval has been secured for 3 new commercial warehouse units on a site in Cheetham Hill, Manchester for our commercial clients.
The brief was to provide additional storage area of 3000sqft to house their increasing stock whilst also reconfiguring the access to and from site. Consultations with Highways and the local planning authority where important in securing the planning approval. |
