We obtained planning permission for a new build detached 3bed detached property in the garden of an existing dwelling on Mottram Moor in Hollingworth. Our brief was to design a traditional house in keeping with the surrounding properties with a contemporary internal layout. Glazing was to be reduced towards the existing and neighbouring properties, and enhanced towards the open views to the south. The new floor plan provides an open plan kitchen/living/dining space opening out to the rear garden with 2well proportioned new bedrooms at first floor, and one smaller bedroom at ground floor.
