Planning permission application to renovate and extended an existing detached stone barn on Burnedge Road, Grasscroft, to provide additional accommodation at ground and first floor.
Proposals included a large rear dormer extension running the full length of the barn, alterations to existing elevations and the remodel of the existing “east wing” ground floor layout with additional oak framed glazed link between the existing barn and garage. A number of different design options were produced with a variety of external cladding alternatives explored with the client before a final solution was settled upon. |
