We secured planning and building regulation approval for the extension and conversion of this existing single storey 2 bed bungalow to provide a contemporary 2 storey 4 bed family home.
The addition of a side extension creates modern open plan spaces to the ground floor, and the raised eaves line and new roof provides additional spacious bedrooms above. The design of the internal reconfiguration and extension seeks to maximise the views out over the rural landscape from the elevated position of the site. |
