We obtained planning permission for alterations of the external elevations including new dormer, and front porch glazing, garage conversion and internal remodel to Dumfries House in Denshaw.
The property, a detached 3 bed property with annexed apartment dating back to the Georgian period, has three double bedrooms at first floor with lovely views towards the open countryside. The proposals sought to provide a more modern internal arrangement of living spaces with well proportioned areas positioned around a new spacious and well light hallway and first floor balcony landing. |
