We secured planning and building regulation approval for the conversion of an existing single storey side garage to provide a contemporary 1 bed self contained living accommodation/ bedsit with kitchen, living space and shower room for a young adult with autism attached to the main family dwelling.
Working with the existing roof trusses the design provides a secure and modern, light, bright space which remains homely and warm. |
