Feasibility study for the remodel and conversion of an existing single storey 2 bed red brick bungalow to provide a contemporary white rendered 2 storey 4 bed family home with additional dormers.
The proposal provided for a modern open plan space to the ground floor with additional accommodation within the converted garage. The reconfiguration of the front elevation with new dormers provides for spacious bedrooms at first floor level and the increased 'curb appeal' desired by the client. |
