We obtained planning permission and building regulation approval for our clients for a ground floor rear extension to a semi detached property on Kendal Road in Ramsbottom.
The existing kitchen and dining space was extended to create a more contemporary open plan living arrangement with large patio doors opening on to the garden and outdoor seating space, and a glazed lantern above to provide additional natural lighting. |
