Planning permission was granted for our second floor conversion with mezzanine accommodation to the loft space to provide a 2 bed self contained apartment for let on Chew Valley Road, Greenfield. The roof structure consisted of feature Queens timber trusses which we incorporated into the new design proposal by creating a double height space above the kitchen dining area, with mezzanine above the living space and second bedroom.
