Planning permission was granted for a second floor conversion with mezzanine accommodation to the loft space to provide a 2 bed self contained apartment for residential let on Chew Valley Road, Greenfield. The roof structure consisted of feature Queens timber trusses which we incorporated into the new design proposal by creating a double height space within the kitchen dining area, with mezzanine above the living space and second bedroom.
