Planning application and visualisation package undertaken for the conversion of 5 large agricultural barns as part of an existing farm holding, to form 5 no. contemporary 4 bed dwellings on Burnedge Lane, Grasscroft, Saddleworth.
In keeping with the existing agricultural units on the farmstead our aspirations were to retain the rural aesthetic by incorporating standing seem zinc cladding to the proposed external elevations and roof with elements of gritstone walling to the front and rear facades. The large spacious interior volumes of the existing barn have been incorporated within the new internal living spaces of the proposed dwellings. |
