Planning permission was secured and building regulations granted for a two storey rear extension, basement conversion and internal remodel at a semi detached property on Mottram Road, Stalybridge.
The design sought to provide an additional living space to the basement of the property with a new floor to ceiling glazed two storey link between basement and ground floor. The aspirations of the clients were for a contemporary timber framed glazed extension. |
