Planning permission and Building Regulation approval was obtained for a small side glazed extension, and larger rear extension to this detached dwelling on Nudger Green in Dobcross to provide a new glazed main entrance and hallway to the front elevation, and an additional contemporary living/ dining space, and study to the rear.
The new glazed entrance way creates much improved curb appeal to the dwelling, whilst the glazed gable to the rear extension provides greater visual and physical links through to the garden beyond. Internally the reconfiguration of the existing ground floor plus the new front and rear extension seeks to open up the property and provide a more contemporary arrangement of useable living spaces for our client. |
