Planning permission and building regulations granted for a new oak framed orangery/ glazed link between and existing farmhouse and garage in Grasscroft. Our brief was to design a new larger link and to internally reconfigure the existing kitchen to provide a more contemporary environment for dining and an additional snug/living space. The design allows for maximum natural daylight with the additional of a glazed lantern to the roof.
