Planning permission and building regulations granted for a new oak framed orangery extension to an existing farmhouse in Marsden. Our brief was to design a new orangery and to internally reconfigure the existing kitchen and hallway to rationalise the lounge space and circulation to the ground floor to provide a more contemporary environment for living. The design allows for maximum natural daylight with the additional of a glazed lantern to the roof.
