Planning permission gained for the extension to the existing Park Bridge Heritage Centre in Tameside to provide a new seating area and servery for our client Grandpa Greene's Ice Cream. The new proposal creates a new entrance way into the ice cream parlour and reorganises some of the existing internal areas within the main building.
Using traditional external materials that are respectful of the existing building whilst providing an interior that is light filled and contemporary, the design aims to attract additional visitors to the heritage centre and help the Grandpa Greens business branch out into the surrounding areas from its Saddleworth base. |
