We secured planning permission and building regulations approval for a single storey side and rear extension, garage conversion and internal remodel at 22 Riverside, Mossley
The design sought to provide an additional internal living space to the rear of the property with increased daylight provided by floor to ceiling glazing and rooflight above. Externally the brief was to create two outside covered spaces, one to the rear of the property overlooking the garden/ river beyond and one adjacent to the side extension for kids play/ outdoor dining etc. The aspirations of the clients were for a contemporary linear extension with flat roofs incorporating 2 types of vertical timber cladding and louvres. |
