Planning permission and building regulations granted for a former three storey commercial unit in Lees. The whole building has been renovated to provide a new retro co-working venue and hairdressers at first and ground floor level respectively, with residential accommodation above in Lees village centre.
The co-working space combines modernist speckled terrazzo surfaces with warm Scandinavian timber slat walls, unfinished birch ply and natural greenery to create a stylish and relaxed working environment. A variety of seating spaces is offered from hot desking to video conference meetings with central communal coffee bar/kitchenette and a ‘phase 2’ external terrace. Design, building regulations drawings, interior fit out drawings, and visualisation work undertaken for the co-working space. |
