Formerly a three storey commercial unit, the whole building has been renovated to provide a new retro co-working venue and hairdressers at first and ground floor level respectively, with residential accommodation above in Lees village centre. The co-working space combines modernist speckled terrazzo surfaces with warm Scandinavian timber slat walls, unfinished birch ply and natural greenery to create a stylish and relaxed working environment offering a variety of seating spaces from hot desking to video conference meetings with central communal coffee bar/kitchenette and a ‘phase 2’ external terrace. Building regulations drawings, interior fit out drawings, and visualisation work undertaken.
