We secured planning and building regulation consent for the conversion and extension of this existing single storey 2 bed bungalow in Grasscroft, Saddleworth to provide a contemporary 2 storey 5 bed family home.
The addition of a rear extension creates modern open plan spaces to the ground floor, and the raised eaves line and new roof provides additional spacious bedrooms above. The renovated home seeks to provide for a modern lifestyle whilst respecting the character of the surrounding area in terms of traditional elevations, materials and detailing. |
